The Thriveable After School Program is more than just care, it’s a vibrant, inclusive environment where children of all abilities can move, play, grow, and thrive. Designed for kids aged 5–18, our sessions combine fun, structured physical activities with a focus on developing important life skills through movement.

Macauley is an experienced personal trainer and qualified dietitian, dedicated to helping clients optimise their performance and wellbeing. He has worked with professional athletes, bringing elite - level knowledge to every session. Macauley combines expert training and nutrition guidance to deliver results tailored to each individual's goals.
